We communicate the shipping date very clearly throughout every stage of the ordering process. If you need to receive your products by a particular date we request that you let us know before releasing your order to production. Then we can let you know if this date is possible. Once an order has been sent to production a cancellation is no longer possible ? as each items is customized, we cannot resell the jerseys to other customers. We appreciate your understanding.
